Why do I send my application to an anonymous e-mail address?
To make sure that your application documents can be processed by us at any time - even during holidays or in case of illness - we have chosen the e-mail address hr@nextlytics.com. In case of need, colleagues can also use this address as a substitute.

When will I receive a response to my application?
After we have received your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Within 3-4 working days we will review your application and get back to you.
How long does the application process take overall?
It is not possible to make a general statement on this, as it depends on the availability of several people. An approximate time schedule could look as following: The first telephone interview usually takes place within one week after our positive feedback on your application. Following this, the professional meeting (telephone or video interview) with one of our board members or a consultant colleague can also take place within a week - if your calendar allows it. If this interview is also positive for both parties, we will invite you to a personal interview - depending on availability and travel expenses, this may sometimes take longer than a week. Afterwards we will send you our final feedback within 1-2 working days. If special circumstances require a quicker reaction on our part, we will of course adjust to a different pace.
Can I apply for several positions at the same time?
You are welcome to apply for several positions - you do not have to send us your application documents several times. In this case, please write us a few lines which further positions might be interesting for you.
Which application documents should I send in?
Your application documents are complete when you send us your CV, your certificates, possible further certificates of additional qualifications as well as your earliest possible starting date and your approximate salary expectations. You do not have to write a cover letter if you do not want to.

Continuous training and motivation are essential for us and our daily business. For this reason, we provide each NextLytics employee with a personal training budget as well as time off to participate in further training within the scope of this budget. Of course you can withdraw your application if you do not want to start with us. Simply write us an e-mail and tell us the specific position you applied for and the approximate date of your original application.

If you have sent us your application by e-mail, please send it to us with the new documents added, just send it again with the note that you would like to submit new documents. What opportunities do I have as a student at NextLytics AG?
You have the opportunity to take on a working student job with us and in this way gain valuable experience from everyday work. With a working week of maximum 20 hours during the semester and a maximum of 39.5 hours (full-time) during your semester break, you can take on your first smaller topics independently and get a taste of the working world of IT projects. How long before I start my dual studies should I apply?
As a rule, studies begin in the winter semester. For this reason, you should contact us as early as January so that we have enough time to coordinate content and organizational topics together.
I would like to write my Bachelor or Master Thesis at/with NextLytics. What do I have to do?
In order to enable us to plan the capacities for the supervision of your work internally, it is important that you contact us well in advance of registering your work - preferably with concrete suggestions for topics. We will then have enough time to discuss the planning and details together. It would be good if you could work with us for a few months, for example as a working student, before you start your thesis. This way we get to know each other and our working methods.
