How long does the application process take overall?

It is not possible to make a general statement on this, as it depends on the availability of several people. An approximate time schedule could look as following: The first telephone interview usually takes place within one week after our positive feedback on your application. Following this, the professional meeting (telephone or video interview) with one of our board members or a consultant colleague can also take place within a week - if your calendar allows it. If this interview is also positive for both parties, we will invite you to a personal interview - depending on availability and travel expenses, this may sometimes take longer than a week. Afterwards we will send you our final feedback within 1-2 working days. If special circumstances require a quicker reaction on our part, we will of course adjust to a different pace.

Which opportunities for further development do I have at NextLytics AG?

Continuous training and motivation are essential for us and our daily business. For this reason, we provide each NextLytics employee with a personal training budget as well as time off to participate in further training within the scope of this budget. In addition, our employees have access to knowledge databases, e-books and online courses - with and without certification options. We do not provide further training according to the scattergun approach, but according to individual competencies and possible potential.

What can I expect after successful employment at NextLytics AG?

After you have signed your employment contract, we will contact you to clarify the organizational issues with you.
On your first day with us, you will get to know colleagues in the office, receive an introduction to vacation and travel expense management and can familiarize yourself with your equipment (laptop, mobile phone etc.) as well as our internal drives and programs. You will find out who is available to you for the first days and weeks as a "godfather" and when and where to go to which customer for the first projects you will be allowed to accompany. And you will see that after a short time you will feel as if you have been on board for a long time.

I have received further documents relevant to my application. How can I submit these later on?

If you have sent us your application by e-mail, please send it to us with the new documents added, just send it again with the note that you would like to submit new documents. If you have applied online using the application form, send us an e-mail with the new documents and a note stating which position you have already applied for online and the approximate date.
In both cases we will merge your data internally and send you a notification that the update was successful.
